2. Account Terms

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You may not use another person's account without permission.
One person may not maintain more than one account.

3. Age Requirements

General content — You must be at least 16 years old to use Fablora.
Mature / explicit content — Certain novels contain mature themes and are restricted to users aged 18 and older. You must confirm your age to access this content.

4. Coin Purchases & Refunds

Coins are a virtual currency used to unlock premium chapters.
Coin purchases are processed securely via Stripe.
Coins are non-transferable and can only be used within Fablora.
Refund policy: Unused coins may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Once a coin has been used to unlock a chapter, it is non-refundable.
Fablora reserves the right to modify coin pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Content Usage

All content on Fablora is for personal reading only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the platform.
You may not use automated tools to scrape or download content.
All intellectual property rights in the content remain with Fablora.

6. AI-Generated Content

All stories on Fablora are generated using artificial intelligence technology and curated by our editorial team. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inconsistencies. For full details, see our AI Disclosure.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Post abusive, harmful, or harassing content in reviews or comments
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts
Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may be revoked. Unused coins will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Fablora is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fablora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts of Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
